The word ‘Feminism’ is very delicate to pronounce itself. It relates to the feminine qualities which makes a woman respect worthy, humble, elegant and vulnerable. The Journey of a woman begins from childhood and ends as an old great grand mother: Three persons are most reliable and trustworthy in this world. They are old friends, old servants and dear old life partner (women) whom everyone regards from core of heart.

The modern era demands the women to be given equal rights, powers, opportunities as men and be treated in the same way. We can’t deny the fact that majority of women are more intelligent, possessive and determined to achieve their target, but it is not possible for all. Ultimately the social rights, laws, economy, approach create hindrances to get their goal.

The need for women is to enjoy fresh speech, equality, positive discrimination so that they may not feel segregated from their mission in life. Their business should be not to see what lies dimly at a distance, but to do what lies clearly at hand”.

The obligation should be to change that include fighting gender stereotypes and seeking to establish educational and professional opportunities for women that are equal to those  for men. In India we are still fighting for our role in society.

It is well said that “Teach your daughters to worry less about fitting into glass slippers and more about shattering glass ceilings.” Because the word Feminine is about changing the way the world perceives the strength of a woman.

The women are advised to raise up their voice not so they can shout but so that these without voice can be heard. We cannot succeed when half of us are held back.

All women are required to have faith with strength that will lead them to the journey that they will become strong.
